This Cookies Policy explains what Cookies are, which ones We use, and what You can do about them. It sits alongside Our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else We do with Your information.

Cookies do not usually identify You by name, but information We hold about You may be linked to what a Cookie records. We do not store sensitive information such as mailing addresses, passwords or payment details in the Cookies We set.

In this policy We use "Cookies" as shorthand for cookies and the similar technologies that work the same way, such as tracking pixels and browser storage.
Marketing Site refers to Our public website at https://notrouble.com, meaning the pages that describe and sell NoTrouble.
Website refers to NoTrouble, accessible from https://notrouble.com, including the NoTrouble application and the public profiles Our Users publish.
You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

The use of the Cookies

Asking You first

Nothing but the strictly necessary Cookies loads until You choose. The first time You visit Our Marketing Site You will see a notice with two options: accept everything, or essential only. Neither is preselected, and analytics and advertising Cookies are not set unless You accept them.

If Your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, We treat that as choosing essential only, and We do not ask again.

Type of Cookies We Use

Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.

Our payment provider also sets Cookies during checkout to process Your payment and detect fraud. Without these Cookies, the services You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use them to provide those services. These Cookies are not used in the NoTrouble application, nor on public NoTrouble profiles. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Targeting and Advertising Cookies

Administered by: Third Parties (the Meta Pixel)

Purpose: These Cookies record which of Our pages You visited so We can measure whether Our advertising works and show Our ads to people who are likely to be interested. Set only if You accept them. They are not used in the NoTrouble application, nor on public NoTrouble profiles. We do not sell Your personal information, and We do not allow these partners to use what they collect here for their own unrelated purposes.

Cookies set by content on a User's profile

Type: Session and Persistent Cookies

Administered by: Third Parties

Purpose: Public NoTrouble profiles can display maps, which are rendered by Our mapping provider and may set Cookies or receive Your IP address in order to draw the map. Where a profile owner embeds content from another service, that service may set its own Cookies. We do not control those Cookies; the relevant provider's privacy policy governs them.

Your Choices Regarding Cookies

The simplest way to change what We set is the Cookie preferences link in Our footer, which reopens the notice and lets You choose again.

You can also refuse Cookies in Your browser and delete any that were already saved. If You do not accept Our essential Cookies, You may experience some inconvenience and parts of the Website will not work; for example, You will not be able to stay signed in.
